  • 3:00: Check in

  • 3:05-3:30: Social Mahjong play (2 games)

  • 3:30-5:15: Split into advanced tables and non-advanced tables

  • 5:15-5:30: Last game and pack down

    Tip: Can't make the start time or need to leave early? Feel free to drop in/out during the event.

Frequently asked questions

Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 2 days prior to the event. If you're unable to attend after the refund period, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend by clicking "Manage Order" in your confirmation email and updating the attendee details there.
I'm new to Mahjong or HK point-scoring style

We have instructional materials, but also feel free to check out this amazing youtube video that goes over the basics. For players who know the basics already, here is a great intro to points.

Learning is also more fun with newbies. When you buy ticket, we will ask about your level. Later at the event, we will group newbies together and there will us around your tables help guide you along the way.
What style are we playing?

For casual players, our default game is HK style (with points) because it's fun! However, people are welcome to play any style agreed by their table. If you would like us to try a different style, please let us know! We have tried Sichuan style before and it was heaps of fun!
Can I bring my own set?

Feel free to bring your own set, weโ€™ve got some available too if youโ€™d prefer to use ours!
