ππ» Hi everyone,
Thanks for being part of our community this July. Whether it was your first event or you've been with us for a while now, we're so glad you were there. August is shaping up to be another exciting month, with plenty of opportunities to connect, create, and celebrate together wherever you're tiling from.
Here's a look back at last month, what's on across all three cities, and a few things we think you'll enjoy.
πΈ What Happened This Month

July has been an incredible month across the club! Melbourne celebrated the launch of our new venue at Temple Arden, and what an amazing turnout it was. It was wonderful meeting so many new faces and sharing the table with all of you!Β Sydney still has one more event to go! We'll see you this Friday at Eden Noodles. We've been fans of their noodles ever since our time in Auckland, and we're excited to celebrate the opening of their new Sydney location together. Let's finish the month on a high note! |
π What's Coming Up
Our August calendar is now live across Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland, and tickets are open! Here are a couple of Sydney highlights we're excited about:

Big love to our Melbourne crew this month! The community down south is growing, and we couldn't be prouder of the trio making it happen. Their energy at every event is exactly what lucky tiles is all about. If you're ever in Melbourne, do yourself a favour and come along to one of our events. Good vibes guaranteed, you won't be disappointed β¨ |

π Mahjong Corner
Did you know? Mahjong is believed to have developed in China during the 19th century, evolving from earlier card and domino games. By the 1920s it had made its way across the world and become a global phenomenon including a full-blown craze in the United States, complete with mahjong parlours and specially imported tile sets.
A hundred-odd years later, here we are - still gathering around the table for the same clack of tilesΒ
